Tiernan Douieb: Miserably Happy

  • The Burton Taylor Studio Oxford Playhouse 11-12 Beaumont St, Oxford OX1 2LW UK (map)

‘Very friendly but fiercely political’ (Time Out) comedian Tiernan Douieb considers if ignorance is indeed bliss, and if so, surely he shouldn't know that.

Tiernan tries to work out what anyone actually wants anymore, what does being civilised actually mean and whether or not he’ll ever be able to persuade his wife to like raw tomatoes.

A new hour of satirical gags and nonsense musings from ‘Opinionated yet likeable’ (The Guardian) Douieb.

Ages 14+. 1 hour. This is a work in progress. In the BT Studio. £5.

Tickets for Offbeat shows are available from both the Oxford Playhouse and Old Fire Station. If one seems to be sold out, please check the other - they may have tickets available!
